There is quite a lot of stuff going on tomorrow, that being Saturday February 27, 2010.  I think it is wonderful that there are so many great cycling related options on the second to last day of February.  Well, to make matters worse, or better, depending on your point of view, I am adding another log to the roaring fire of late-winter cycling activity to make your decision making ever so much harder.  In truth, this isn't really an addition, as it is an official invitation.

After each of our tours, we tend to go to a local food-pub to hang out after the ride.  Depending on the size of the ride, this might just be a dozen or so of us, or it could be several dozen.

In this case, we can thank our patrons the Wicker Park Bucktown SSA for treating us to some yummy food and hot drinks at Janik's Cafe.  In addition, we, Big Shoulders Realty will be buying everyone a few rounds of something a bit cooler and stronger for those that care to partake.  All in all, it will be a nice little treat to get together after the ride, but also to celebrate another season of winter bike tours, our first in partnership with Bike Winter.

Don't mean to muddy the muddy waters of the Saturday bike winter options, but don't want anyone to feel left out either.

Hope to see some of you there!

As Aaron would say:

Do you have that in microfiche?

:-)
I'll be on the ride, but will be leaving shortly after to get costumed up for the Purim Ride (http://www.thechainlink.org/events/lets-get-shikker-faced-purim).
This sounds like more of a Reform observance than an Orthodox observance.

You could conceivably, do the West Town Tour, hang out at the party to fuel up, whip out your purim outfit that is conveniently smooshed in your paniers, hit the purim ride, and then dance the night away on the ride dance ride ride!

Good call Lee! ;-) I'll go on yours if you go on mine? ;-) I also have an after party for us after the RDDR ride. ;-) If anyone knows Jera Dean. It's her b-day tomorrow! The RDDR ride will be heading up to her place after The Hideout. Tomorrow could be EPIC! ;-) Happy B-day Jera! ;-)
