No.
There is basically no way to have a store that sells stuff like this as it would be all but impossible to find a source for stock. Craig's List, Flea Markets, the Serotta Forum and eBay are your answers sir.

The snark is read in there by you. It was not placed there by me.

I would say there is no place "Underground" or otherwise that will do what you are asking for the same reasons.

You might also want to consider that when people respond to questions that you post that you moderate your reaction.

Did I say store?

No.

I said place...eBay and craigslist are givens. I was just wondering
if anyone knew of some underground places that sells used tools....or that
gets them in from time to time..tools are like parts you know....
The come and they go and they can be re-sold

Thank you,sir.

save the snarky undertone for someone else.

With the sir and all, your post came over rather snarkish in an
inconspicuous way.

No worries.

Ooh ooh ooh, can I post this now?

Forget Christmas is right around the corner? Call around, but there's no way you're going to find a shop that it's going to sell for less than retail.
Wow, this thread got really weird.

So I don't know if this answers the question exactly -- but I replace most of my shop tools every year, and therefore in fact do technically sell used tools. I generally do it around this time of year -- and I know some other shops do, too (though typically sell to employees or regular customers first). I replace all allen keys, most wrenches, as well as things that wear such as cable cutters. I use a mix of Pedros, Park, and Hozan.

And the funniest thing about it? Cone wrenches and my SR2 are among the pile of things that I'm getting rid of.
I would like to buy them from you.

Just take your bike to West Town Bikes. You can use their repair area (shop stands and all the tools you could ever want) for free or a small donation.
