There was blood, there was screaming. Another typical summer on the Chicago lakefront path has ended. The time has come to separate heels from wheels. Our plan is simple, and cheap. Along the busiest stretches between Museum Campus and North Avenue, there are many existing paths and pavement streches to relieve the overcrowding, they're just not being used effectively.
