I used to use white (Pearl Izumi greptile) - it is impossible to keep clean.

now I have a BLACK steering wheel cover (works great) on my bullhorn bars and love it. bought it at a
garage sale for $1.00. never shows dirt either.

it's vinyl...and easy to install. they give you a string thingamojigger to wrap around the wrap.
it works great.

I've heard golf club grip and tennis racquet grip works well to0.

I'm never buying bar wrap again !

a guy at the urban assault challenge yesterday had old inner tubs on his bars...sweet idea.
