I bought this bike for a long camping tour several years ago, and it was perfect for the trip. Carried two heavy panniers and a tent strapped onto the top of the rack, which is very sturdy.

Overall it's a very smooth ride with a lot of utility with the rack -- it'd be great for any commute in or around Chicago, or for taking on a longer ride. I'm selling because I just don't ride it as much as my beater bike in the city, and could use the space in my apartment. If I had to guess it has between 2,000-5,000 miles on it, and some scratches/dings as you can see in the pics, but overall it's in really good shape.

Specs:

- 55 cm frame

- Shimano 105 rear derailleur

- Rear cogs are 11-28

- Shimano Tiara front derailleur

- Reynolds 520 steel frame

- FSA Vero crank, 50/39/30t teeth

- Topeak rack

- Pedals are MKS-GR9 with nylon straps and plastic cages

- The rear wheel is the original, the front wheel is a spare (original was stolen, I'm cutting the price because the replacement wheel isn't the best).
