went out on my first 5am ride this morning, thanks to you. had a great time watching the sun come up by the lake. took your advice and pedaled, pedaled, pedaled...

...minor problem though. my seat post continues to slide down... is this a minor adjustment thing like tightening the bolt? the latch that locks the post see to be looser as well. please tell me i can fix this myself.
