Oh man... I've earned my stripes as far as being able to ride/train for other people.
It more or less came about because people saw what I accomplished with my horse (unrideable to being the babysitter of two 12 year olds) and would ask me to try and work some kinks out with their animal. I'm not sure... maybe try going to a barn and asking if they need help?
i'm totally a cruiser girl but so many people i meet do long rides i feel like i'm missing something. my max right now, i have a three speed, is about 15 miles just getting around town. keep me posted when you get your road bike. i may go on the new years ride tomorrow, are you going?
leslie! i totally left you hanging. yikes. i just saw your wall posts today. thank you for the compliments and glad to know there is another b-town person on chainlink. did you ride in bloomington at all or did you just start since your move?
Hey Leslie, I noticed your comment about Montreal on one of the forum discussions and was wondering if you were in Montreal for the bicycle festival? If so, what did you think?
I wanted to check in with you and see if you got some other tires for your winter ride. If you haven't and are interested in knobbies (mountain tread) West Town Bikes has plenty that we would be happy to give you. Stop by Open Shop on Tuesday night if you're available. I'll keep the "boy's club" vibe more in check this time around. Sorry if Cutifly (Marty) came across as a little brash, but I see that the two of you are freinds on here, and you probably are a little familiar with him from his postings.
clicked on the facebook link - you work for TT! Huge infringement case victory vs. eSpeed last summer (I work at MBHB, and we represented TT in the case).

Hope to see you soon at WTB!
