Andrew, Senn Park is a couple of pocket parks, including the area where the Young Lincoln statue is, and the park on the north side of Thorndale, one block east of the statue.  I'm not aware of any Senn Park that is several blocks north, though, we may have lost some seekers if they went to the Thorndale/Greenview block.

1. BK, I'm so glad you had fun! You help make the NSCM great.

2. I'm starting to plan tomorrow, over on the facebook page.  Ideas welcome.

3. I've updated the location of all future NSCM's here on TCL, and edited some listings elsewhere to NOT refer to it as Senn Park.  Senn Park is actually several small blocks north.  Where we meet is (best I can tell) the western tip of Senn H.S.'s fields.  Probably my mistake long ago.  I think its not impossible we've lost a few noobs over the years who went to the park.
Official location is: Young Lincoln Statue, 5949 N. Clark, east corner at Thorndale.

A tip of my ten-gallon, mambohead-sized fedora to the leaderless leadership of CCM-Northside!... The Daring-do to go south of Irving... And? So not a moment of fun is missed?... Socialist utopian enough to wait for a dude to get his tire fixed... Wise enough to savor the event as it organically unfolds...

OK. Full disclosure? I may have 'karaoke'd"... but only a little!.. at first it felt wrong. Then some friendly assurance told me it was natural and normal... That even penquins do it! Happy Feet! It was freaky OK?... Yet? I still don't think I will tell my mom.

Besides above avg. MassUp splendor?.. and owning/whooping it up on the island mid-ashland av?...

The crown jewel of the night was the FFR audit of the skate park! The brave warrior who did the "drop-in" to the big bowl?!? OMG! Stunning levels of groovy! Hope you heal up soon!.. And yes.. FYI: the "Huffy" did shred and, for a wisp of a moment may or may not have "got radical". Check it!

Love is Lovely, Y'all made it real nice!

Tonight's ride was terrific.  Started with about 16 peeps. Fixed a flat en-route. Made it to Pitchfork Fest (heard Feist), then Karaoke, and LFT home.  Almost 20 miles.
There's a plot here.
And a few photos here.

I've created a Facebook page for North Side Critical Mass.

Not that TheChainLink.org doesn't rock everyone's world massively, but ya know, it's 2012 and all...
