Eat to ride, ride to eat

Calling all foodies, gastronomes, and gluttons alike! I'm proposing a monthly get-together that rides to a destination that offers delectable comestibles. Destination decided by the group. Initial ideas are Pizza Art, Hero's, Smoque. Endless options!

Hey, the weather is getting better, it's summertime. Are we doing any other rides or is this just a wintertime group?

Here are some ideas for a post-North Center tour destination. Feel free to vote for your favored destination. All distances in the description are from the ride's ending point (Revere Park).

Cafe 28 - 1800 W Irving Park Rd - Cuban - 1.1 miles

The Globe - 1934 W Irving Park Rd - .9 miles - great beer list and good food imho. Likely to have some rowdy soccer match on to boot.

El Llano at 3941 N Lincoln Ave which is only .9 miles - Columbian

Laschet's Inn - 2119 W Irving Park - .7 miles - German bar with German food

Mrs. Murphy's and Sons - 3905 N Lincoln Ave - 1 mile

Jury's - 4337 N Lincoln Avenue - Supposedly amazing burgers including a great veggie burger - 1.3 miles

La Amistad - 1914 W Montrose Ave - Mexican - 1.5 miles

Hey everyone. I'm heading to the North Center tour on Sunday at 1, and it would be awesome if we can get some folks together to take advantage of the wealth of eateries/drinkeries in the area after the ride. See y'all there!
