When is the next pop up event?  I've had to miss the first two, but I really want to check it out.

I'm sure that no one outside of the kitchen noticed, Fred, just like no one watching the tube at home notices when I make a mistake, unless I roll a star filter on the air or something blatant, which I've not done in, ummm, lotsa years.

Looking forward to the next one!

There is always a learning curve and I'm sure we all knew that going in. what you prepared was excellent! You should be very proud! ;-)

Thanks guys! I'm glad you liked it, but I am disappointed with myself. The ingredients I ordered were received late so we had to rush and do ALL the prep work pretty much the day of. Some items needed more time which we didn't have so we ended up not even serving them. The next one will definitely go a lot smoother and be more affordable.
