The stolen bike registry has been crazy-busy this week-- betting there are at least 2-3 matches to bikes reported stolen since last weekend.
So...as we get a bit more aggressive in our hunts, i think that what we should start correlating the recoveries/positive ID's to the registry. Such as, the Felt...we know where it was taken from. We know where it was located and a general description of the guy who had it. In the future, we can get pics of the person selling it, as well as a license plate picture. This might help us isolate active theft regions per person/group stealing bikes...or if such a thing is going on.

Thoughts?
I agree... also think we should probably try to centralize some of the stolen bike discussion in this group. Would probably make it easier to coordinate efforts, which will be especially handy if we can broaden the focus past Swap-o-Rama and hit Maxwell Street, Alsip, etc.
