Information

Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society

Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).

Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

On Facebook, here.

On Twitter, here.

Lists of breweries and brewpubs (and other beer things): on Facebook, and on Twitter.

Mortar & Pestle works for me.  10a departure?  Meet at 9a or do we want more time?

Comment by djm on December 9, 2016 at 2:55pm

Meet up point should be someplace warm.  Waiting outside may not be pleasant.

Sounds promising.  I would need to be back by late afternoon.
