Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society
Information
Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).
Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

- bacon jam burger. i was tempted by the juicy pulled pork smothered in white bbq sauce, piled on a pretzel bun with munster cheese and angry onions, but i'd been hearing beef was getting hard to get.

1. It's hilarious that Imperial Oak's "products" page is mostly cans, bottles and growlers of beer.
