Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).
Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

The below route(s) were given a "thumbs up" by frequent club ride participants for next Sunday's Holiday Brewery/Pub Ride.
Those interested in the longer (50 or so miles) route should meet at the corner of East Ave & Lake Street in OP @ 10:45 am. Those doing the shorter route (32 or so miles) should meet at the same spot at 1:15.
LONGER ROUTE
East & Lake - Emmett's Brewing Co in Wheaton (food available); 18 miles
Emmett's - Noon Whistle in Lombard; total 25 miles
Noon Whistle - Lunar in Villa Park; total 29 miles 1ST STOP FOR SHORTER ROUTE; 2 GROUPS TO MEET HERE @ approx 2:15 pm (11 miles from OP)
