Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).
Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

Ja wohl, Herr Biermeister! Bon Voyage!
A la Carlyle Pigs? I planned to ride in WI Saturday but could be enticed toward Rockford.
Won't be able to make any rides this weekend. That was a great ride too the one time I did that.
Any interest in riding to Rockford Saturday? Carlyle-Rockford Brewing-PiG Minds.
