Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society
Information
Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).
Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

71.5 miles in the 30s in november! too much ice on the LFT, took streets down to hyde park. enjoyed the green carpets the frost rolled out for us.

saw a deer, got snowed on, rode with a raptor. General Tso's beef rib with 1-year kimchi and Deth by Plums, yum. had to take the train (and a nap).
