Information

Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society

Every member of the Society (CBES) should aspire to have a beer at every brewery or brewpub located in a day or two bicycle ride distance from Chicago (and, of course, within the city limits).

Naturally, preferable way of getting to is by bike, as for riding back . . . whatever is available, train, bus, horse and buggy, depending on amount of beverages consumed at the destination.

Routes on Ride with GPS, here.

On Facebook, here.

On Twitter, here.

Lists of breweries and brewpubs (and other beer things): on Facebook, and on Twitter.

I would if it was just me. You can peel off and stock up your to-go bag and we'll save you a seat at 18th St. patio.
EDIT:  You can go on your own AFTER 18th St. if you join us as FFF doesn't open until Noon.  We'll arrive to 18th St. ~11am when they open. :)

LOL Bob, 1 brewery enough for WCCC group.  Will FFF ever open up brewpub again?

Cat Date 4pk Cans

A categorically big Double IPA brewed to honor our little friends and their clandestine meetings. Intensely bitter with notes of citrus, grapefruit, and orange marmalade.

9.4%, IBU 89
