Yes, should be 27" x 1-1/4 wheels on that 10-speed Sprite - they were otherwise known as "Sprite 27" bikes ...

Sweet '76 Sprite on Craiglist. Just north of Milwaukee. Sadly, it's a 23" or I'd be on my way north. Looks like a nice one.
