That Triumph looks for all the world to be a single-speed bike. For for $25 it's really tempting anyhow. I'm sure it'd clean up nicely. Don't know if it would bring more than $100 even if fully restored. 3-speeds are much more in demand.

The His & Hers set is neat but the seller is not doing himself a favor by refusing to split the set. I bet the bikes would go for more separately. Most people are not looking for a set and don't want to mess around selling the second bike much less want to put the extra cash into the deal. It'll be interesting to see how long it sits on CL.

Osama ben Ridden!

I read so many Craigslist listings every day that I have become immune to the butchery that is the typical semi-functional denizen of the post-literate American society.

And if you read the auction text for the bike listed below you'll know what I mean about Americans slaughtering the English language.  Dunelt seller, please befriend a dictionary!

Too bad that Dunelt is on PayBay because I refuse to deal with that pirate usury operation any more.  Used to be a big seller and fairly consistent buyer.   Now, I'd rather take my chances on CL rather than pay 3 fees for every transaction.  Won't even think of getting a PayPirate account or letting them touch my money.  You've got a better chance not getting ripped off baking with Bernie Madoff.
