Rudge Aficionados . . . what say you?
hmmm... Beautiful. but i wonder just how "original" it is. Looking at the brakes and mudguards, for example, one sees that the clearances seem a bit long and wide and i wonder if the original may have had rod brakes and 28" tyres. The John Bull brakes from that era also may well have had the double-ended cable rather than the clamp fitting -although i'm not certain of that.
Nice restoration job, though.
It is truly gorgeous, though the price is a just a little bit high IMHO.
