2/15/2015 - Update. By now this post is nearing 450 views. I have wanted this cringe thing to drop off the front page and disappear into the unplumbed depths of older posts. It was a cute idea followed up but a buzzed bit of nonsense. In the way Europe has been working on an internet 'right to be forgotten' I would like to invoke such and plead for this thing to vanish. Thank you.
From room temperature to quite chilled in less than 2 miles. I might do a Kickstarter.

Brilliant idea, but you're going to have make some changes to your design if you hope to launch this product into the stratosphere. Apple is going to be all over your case with those rounded corners and then of course there's that nagging problem of dealing with Chicago's notoriously sweltering August summer days. Get those kinks worked out and I'm sure you will have a successful launch on KickStarter.
And while we're on the subject of Apple, rumors are that they're designing their own car. It should be interesting to see what they come up with given the design constraints that there is only a single button on the dashboard and the hood is welded shut.

Beautiful! I might suggest switching to canned beverages? Just in case your chiller-bike spends a bit longer outside than you intended? Apart from the exploded bottles/shards of glass problem, I think cans will chill more quickly than bottles? I know the selection of Mike's in cans is more limited than in bottles though...
I'm using similar technology to extend the capacity of my back porch keggerator. It is working really well today - it is 38 F back there today!
Attach a skillet to your rear rack on hot sunny days that are "hot enough to fry an egg." ;)

Options galore. When it rains go for a ride to wash your clothes. When it is windy, go put for a ride to dry them... There must be more uses out there.
