Witnessed a bike theft on the Corner of Milwaukee and Hubbard, in front of The Roost

At almost exactly 10pm on 2/15/2016 I saw two men break the lock on a black hybrid bike in front of The Roost on the intersection of Hubbard and Milwaukee.

I called the cops and waited.

Both men were wearing dark blue or black hoodies. I got a really good look at one of them. He appeared to be Hispanic, skinny, about 5'9", bald or shaved, with a shitty moustache, sunken facial features, and big brown eyes. Probably in late twenties or early thirties. He had yellow bolt cutters in his pocket. The other one had a blue backpack.

The bike was a hybrid for a tall person. Too big for the thieves. It had black fenders. The one thief rode it back and forth down the block 3 times while I waited for the police. He started mean-mugging me so I left. He followed me for a block but went his own way at Milwaukee and Grand.

The total time from when I called the cops to when he stopped following me was about five minutes.

That's that.
