Is There Anything More Hardcore Than Winter Biking in Finland?

When I was 17 and we were coming back from a trip to Pakistan, my dad decided to take us (my brother and me) on a Eurorail trip to Scandinavia in the spring. Not being a hearty, cold-weather enthusiast, much of what I remember is that I was cold most of the time. We went to Sweden, Finland, and Norway. Finland was the coldest of the three. There were a few stops on our bus tour of Helsinki where I opted to stay on the bus because it was so cold out.

So, keeping this in mind, these cyclists are pretty impressive for getting out on their bikes in winter in Finland. Brrrr! When I think I'm cold on my bike, I will remember this video for inspiration. And the music in the video is a hoot. My favorite quotation in the video, "People were really keen. Several souvenir photos were taken."
