From the Active Transportation Alliance:
The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) plans to put 4,000 bikes into use in Chicago’s bike share network starting in spring 2013, and they need your input. Bike share is an automated system that allows you to take and return bicycles at bike share stations for one-way, short distance trips. Bikes can be picked up from one location and returned to another. Take Action: Weigh in on bike share station locations online! CDOT has launched a new interactive bike share website where you can suggest good locations for bike share stations near your favorite spots in Chicago and offer feedback on other people's suggestions. CDOT is also hosting a series of five public meetings (PDF) to discuss plans for the program, answer questions and get input. Public involvement is the key to success in launching a program like this, so we encourage our supporters to attend the public meetings and get involved. The meeting schedule is listed below:

When you go to the web site, don't forget to click on locations that are already nominated and click LIKE if you want to add your vote for that location.
And you can add additional comments as to why you think it is a good location.
