Western, Belmont, Lincoln

The flyover is coming down this weekend, and is going to create a mess.

Worse for cars, maybe not so bad for bicycles.

We all know that bikes can go where cars can't. Does anyone have any plans or suggestions for navigating this during construction?

sign said western- Belmont closed....don't know if this affects cars only or people and bikes too. I think east bound on Belmont, you will probably need to turn on Campbell and go to Roscoe. If you need Clybourn, go south on Campbell to Barry.

I usually keep just to the south on Diversey but the western ave and diversey has been squirrely, which is nothing new since they've been working on water mains since last summer.
