September has arrived and there are many centuries and close to centuries coming up in the next six weeks or so.  Some I know about:  Perimeter Ride, North Shore Century, Apple Cider Century.  Who is planning to ride these?  What other organized rides are you planning to ride? Are you planning any self-supported stuff?

So post about your rides and if you are looking for company on any of them, post that here, too!

A lot of the rides folks have mentioned below are annual events, so I am going to list them here, but with this year's dates:

Past:  Two Rivers Century August 3, 2014

Four Star Bike and Chow, September 7, 2014

Harmon Hundred, September 7, 2014

Wabash County Dam to Dam, September 14, 2014

North Shore Century, September 21, 2014

Apple Cider Century, September 28, 2014

Pumpkin Pie Ride, October 5, 2014

Hilly Hundred Weekend, October 10-12, 2014

It's a little farther away but the Hilly Hundred that runs all around Bloomington, Indiana but not in Bloomington is October 10-12.

I'll be doing the NSC this year but skipping the ACC. It's a long slog out there and back although it is a fun and much more scenic Century than the North shore by far. It should be beautiful as it seems fall is coming early this year.

I just did a metric loop today up to libetyville and back on the GBT to the SVT and then back through the Botanical Gardens and back home down the NBT. There are already a lot of leaves falling straight out of the trees without changing color first onto the trails and generally all over the forest floor. I'm thinking that color will be starting in earnest over the next couple of weeks.

I should look into some of the other rides you have listed here. The perimeter ride sounds quite interesting.

The perimeter ride sounds great but cant find current info.

Did someone say, "Perimeter Ride?" The ride is scheduled for Saturday, September 20th...

2nd to what Kevin said, September 20th. The ride starts early in the morning at Buckingham Fountain. Although it doesn't look like that is written down on paper.

Just start yelling it in the streets. People will come...

Bike and Chow 62

Perimeter Ride (Only first third or so)

North Shore Century - If I can't make it to Perimeter Ride

First time on each of them, hoping for dry weather.

Im doing the 4 star ride metric, NSC, ACC.  Then going to try and squeeze in a few rides in San Fran at the end of october while I'm there for work but my biggest ride/challenge this year is the 200 mile RAAM Challenger race in Daytona Florida on November 1st.

I'll be at the NSC again, my third year and by far my favorite ride.

If anyone is looking to boogie I am putting together a group to average 18 MPH moving for the whole thing.  I want to do the whole ride, stops included, in under 7 hours.  6 1/2 is the stretch goal.

i am hoping to do the Harmon Hundred up in Wisconsin. it's a nice ride with some hills but nothing too crazy.it's about an hour and a half away so it's not too far. it's on for this sunday the 7th.

What time are you going to start?  I might be down to join you guys.

I just did the Gravel Bison on sunday, next up Harmon Hundred, followed by the perimeter ride (if they ever pick a date) followed by the North Shore Century and then the Apple Cider. This is my favorite time of year to do long brisk paced rides

Perimeter ride led by David definitely Sept. 20!
