Taxicab Timeout

I was riding a Divvy from the gym to the office when a cab honks at me from behind. I figure that since he's in such a rush that he felt the the need to save 12 seconds, I'd put him on a timeout. I stood in front of the car to delay him while I waited for my stopwatch to count up to 5 minutes. Was I wrong? #SorryImNotSorry

Well, if anything positive can come out of this, perhaps you can hone your traffic stopping skills and help keep tonight's Critical Mass from breaking up by corking the intersections until a copcyclist shoos you away.

Cool, so if some pedestrian sees you rolling through a stop sign or blowing a traffic light they can put you in a timeout by preventing you from going anywhere for 5 minutes then?
