Stolen Schwinn Twinn Tandem!

Our much beloved Schwinn Twinn Tandem was stolen! Blue, in excellent condition with baskets, upgraded seats & pedals and decorative plastic flowers.

It was taken from our garage in at Central Park & Fullerton in Logan Square (self-locked, no sign of forced entry) between November 5th & November 11th (evening).

Yep, I called him Friday night. Nice guy, lives in Yorkville. Not my tandem. ;-(

Ours early 80s, and looks like it sat in a garage for about 20 years before I bought it. Great shape, almost no rust. It's also got a drum brake integrated in the (huge) rear hub. My wife is especially sad, it's the first bike she's ridden since she was ~12. ;-(

16 years ago before I even knew about what to do about a stolen bicycle, I had a similar blue Schwinn tandem stolen from my apartment lobby. I feel your pain, good luck in getting it back.
