Reporting bad driving of uber and lyft drivers

Is there a system to report uber and lyft drivers whom disobey traffic laws, drive in the bike lanes, and park in bike lanes? I'm noticing substantial increase of terrible driving of uber and lyft drivers in respect to cyclists.

That should be the case, but it isn't always. When I contacted Flood Brothers, and spoke with the owner, he basically told me to go pound sand. He believes their drivers' safety is important, and our safety isn't. Thus, he believed that parking their trash trucks in the bike lane was perfectly acceptable.

Agreed - our mileage may vary... the garbage haulers are a tough bunch.
