I lived in Oak Park as a child and later, as an adult. I'm very glad to see it - I think this is a great way to explore Oak Park (and River Forest) and see all of the FLW houses. I think this is rather expensive but I believe the money goes towards a great cause - preserving the studio, education, etc. for the foundation. If one wants to do a "low rent" version, there are maps of the houses online along with the history and background for the houses. Oak Park is beautiful in Spring/Summer. I miss living there.

This makes me wish I could organize a tour - I'd love to do a tour that includes FLW, Cheney mansion, Hemingway's birthplace, etc. and stops along the way for a pint, some food, and either frozen custard or Sugar Fixe for a latte and a cupcake (or some other tasty dessert). Oak Park and River Forest have beautiful architecture. Definitely worth checking out.
