Anyone know about the orange spray painted bicycles I've been seeing up in the Evanston area?

I know we had a discussion thread about this very topic sometime last year. Did a Google search but came up empty. I recall someone saying it was a promo for a health club chain.

It was Orange Theory Fitness.
