Memphis--the worst city for cyclists--jumping on board

Yes, that can make a difference.  I visited Memphis a few years ago, and thought that "sprawling" and "car-centric" were rather accurate labels for most of it.  I hope the mayor is able to get enough people on board to make increased bike facilities and mode share a trend rather than a brief blip.
