get a grip (great bike shop) has some of these in stock, Kinda pricey and they look to be designed for the male anatomy

There are casual noseless saddles too, though most are kind of novelty items like moonsaddle, spongy wonder. But some people swear by Hobson and Ergo. Both are fairly easy to find and run $25-60. You can also just ask your LBS to special order one as they are easily available through national distributors.

There used to be a saddle that was like two pivoting "butt cups" on a rail. I remember seeing them at Village on Wells many years ago. There were infinitely adjustable. I'll see if I can find anything about them still.
