This may not be necessary for my $400 Raleigh that lives mostly in the suburbs, but it may be a good idea for urban riders of more expensive bikes.

Interesting concept, but it looks like it only works with threadless headsets.  While that works for many bikes, that does eliminate a lot of bikes as candidates.  Also, since the company is in the UK, I wonder if their backup tracking (GSM triangulation?) will work in the US.
