The kind of riding I do:
Recreational, Exercise, Commuting, Distance, Around Town
About me:
Most days I ride 3 miles to work and an extra 3-15 miles on the way home. I'm off to a slow start this season, but I try to get a longer ride (20-30mi) in on most weekends. I'm a 50ish paving laborer and I ride in my work clothes during the week. I get a few odd looks from yuppies in bike jersies, but most people I run into on the bike paths are pretty friendly.

I don't live on campus. i've heard good and bad things about the housing there though. Overall, I love IIT - it's a decent campus, great instructors, and really active students.
