last night's Beverly holiday lights ride

Thanks to all who came out to ride last night. We had a good group, including folks from Beverly, Morgan Park, Evergreen Park, Blue Island, Marquette Park, and Homewood. Folks got to see the giant Christmas tree, the house so lit up you could see it from space, the mannequin house (featuring Santa and Barbie) and others.

Yep Anne, it was a very nice event. I enjoyed meeting some new folks, seeing the "big Christmas tree," and the "house that you can see from space" was really cool. Some folks really go to extremes during this season. I also liked "Barbi in a box!!" I had a great time, hopefully we can do it again next year. Glenn

If any of you are doing some evening riding around Beverly in the next few weeks, the 9900 block of Hoyne is worth seeing. Longwood, Prospect, Damen and Leavitt all have some very festive houses. The folks at 99th & Beverly Blvd. also put on a good show.
