Jackson Presley Diamond is my son.  Some of you know him, and some of you may know a little bit about him.  If you are curious, you can find out more about him here, but I wanted to post this link to a video of him riding a bike (a fixed-gear tricycle to be accurate), with the assistance of his therapists and teachers at Park School.  If you knew how hard he struggles just to sit upright, you would get what I mean.  I have watched it about a hundred times and find it super wonderful so I thought I would share it.

Thanks for looking.

Dude, that's awesome.
Beautiful, Lee. That's an inspiring video.
NICE!!!!!! Nothing like watching a kid ride a bike!! No matter what kind of bike or what kind of kid the usual results are always that smile on their faces. I guess that's why we ride.
This is so amazing and humbling. I have great admiration for people who adapt to and overcome obstacles that many of us can't even fathom being faced with. All the best to you and your son.

By the way, I hope it isn't improper to note that you've given him one of the most enviable names I've ever come across.
That's really great Lee.
Thanks very much everyone! I can't wait until his trailer is done and I can take him with me on tours and masses!

Yay Jackson!
Lee - this is wonderful. I am really happy and glad you shared this. thanks

This is great Lee!!! Really inspiring. Thanks for sharing this awesome moment with us. :)
Nice! My girlfriend is the Speech Pathologist (Therapist) at Park. Those gains are beyond great.
Yay Jackson indeed!

And it is a nice change of pace to have some great news here instead of just bickering about bike lanes and what-not.
