Irving Park Rd May 7th weekend Car Damage

One of the neighbors who resides near 6200 Irving Park noticed his outside car mirror broken off from his car which was parked. He called Chicago PD and they looked at clips from a nearby security camera. They observed a cyclist breaking off the car mirror with his forearm. They have the video. While I don't have the exact date it was in the evening of the May 7th weekend. This doesn't help to build our image

Agreed. And that's a bummer because just as there are bad drivers, there are bad cyclists. I wish giving someone a bike also gave them a sense of respect for other people's property. I do believe most cyclists ride because it's a good thing to do but there are always exceptions. :-(
