How is everyone doing riding in the heat? 

I attempted a training ride too late in the day yesterday, left at noon and after being overwhelmed by the heat and humidity, crawled my way back into a headwind. Today I limited my riding as transportation to get to yoga instead of a second attempt at a training ride. Having been such a rainy, chilly summer, I am not used to riding in the heat.

Beautiful day to ride to work. It's my last day at my job in Skokie so I wanted to take my favorite bike.
