After trailing Curt(is)2022 for two+ months, in May I reeled him in by rolling 927 road miles and my first Perimeter Ride since May 2022 for a total of 2,154 miles on the year.  After starting the month almost three centuries behind, I am now 71 miles ahead of Curt(is)2022.

Entering the second half of 2023 now, with 825 miles pedaled in June, for a rolling total of 2,979 miles in the first half of this season. While I was as much as 335 miles ahead of Curt(is)2022 at one point in June, I am currently just a wee bit over a century ride ahead -- 116 miles.

Ju lied with 896.5 miles, pushing me to 3,875.5 road miles Y-T-D, now 393.5 miles ahead of Curt(is)2022. In my mind, I have turned around and headed back across the U.S.

After pushing my lead over Curt(is)2022 up to 545 miles on 8/22, I lazily finished off the last 9 dog days with a mere 100 miles, dropping my lead to 331 miles. 624.5 road miles spum on the month, with 4,454 miles y-t-d.
