I've been hired to represent a cyclist who was struck by a car (truck?) yesterday, April 25th, at around 4:25 p.m. near 2207 North Milwaukee Avenue, about 50 feet north of Milwaukee's intersection with Talman in Logan Square.  We are requesting the help of the bicycle community to find the driver who fled the scene.  At this time, I do not have a reliable description of the vehicle, but I am working with local businesses in the area to retrieve possible video footage of the crash.  If you have any information that could help track the driver down please contact me at 312.803.0128 or via email at bhk@mybikeadvocate.com.

The cyclist spent the night in the hospital with bleeding on the brain.  He is very banged up.  He is an avid cyclist who came here from his native Brooklyn to visit with a friend.

Any help would be much appreciated.

So glad he got in touch with you, but hate that he needed you.

Good luck, BK.  Thoughts go out to the rider.

I too send healing thoughts to the bicyclist. Best of luck. Just read about this on fb because a good samaritan held the bike overnight - I understand he's been contacted. Wow.

Be careful out there, friends!

If I get any useful information, I'll definitely share it with you. I hope your client is able to heal thoroughly from this unfortunate incident.

*bump* Any witnesses out there?
