Get there EARLY if you really want something particular. People will literally race towards the hiking bags and tents.

I got a pair of Orbleibs once for like $75. I've also bought a number of ski helmets for winter biking, and they were always $10. My wife got some new looking, but 10 years old, shimano touring spd shoes for $20. Otherwise, the Lincoln Park store now has a year-round garage sale section that's worth checking out occasionally.

I just got my dividend or whatever they call it along with a 20% coupon for one list-price items. I was going to take a look at tents that will fit on the bike.
