Front pannier racks recommendation

I need a recommendation for a front panniers rack for my commuter.

My bike is a Jamis Bosanova with disc brakes.

Nothing too pricey, please.

You can't go much wrong with Tubus, but you're looking at $100-$125 for it.

I have a Tubus Tara front rack for sale...I used it on my disc-equipped Novara Safari for a while. It was a great low-rider rack for front panniers. asking $50.00

I have also used the Surly Nice-Rack, also an excellent front rack for panniers and a handlebar bag if desired.
