Double accident on LFT and LSD?

Just passed on my way to work. Emergency vehicles on the Lake Shore Drive, and on the Lakefront Trail.

I heard this morning that there was someone in the water near Fullerton. The emergency vehicles may have been responding to that.

Probably an e-scooter.
