"A mezzanine above the rear of the retail space will provide bicycle storage for apartment tenants."
"A significant aspect is the limited onsite parking. According to the developers, 35 parking spaces will be available, 20 of which will be on the adjacent Wendy’s property through an existing agreement. These parking spaces will not be available for residents: They will be reserved for visitors and a car sharing service like I-Go."
"The developers believe the building would attract residents that do not own cars. Nonetheless, they agreed to have tenants sign a disclosure acknowledging that they will not be eligible for permit parking."

Sounds like most apartment buildings in Chicago, though I don't think many have guest parking.
Wondering if there will be any kind of fees for keeping multiple bicycles?
Doesn't the city require that a new building has to design x amount of parking depending on how many tenants they have? Interesting that they will have tenants sign something binding or nonbinding that they will not impede on existing street parking.
Jaun, Maybe by signing a waiver they get around that requirement. The neighboring residents were concerned it would make parking more difficult.
Jared, I don't know about all apt's but the ones on the north side up Broadway, Sheridan high rises all had parking under the building or a small lot next to it.
Another thing I see is parking garages for the adjacent retail areas with permit parking in them for nearby residents.
