I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is the effect of a giant spike in interest/utilization, or a change in the way things are being managed. But seeing lots of empty and near-empty stations and lots of full stations that were not all that active last fall.
What are you guys seeing? Any insider info to support a sudden uptick in members/usage?

No insider info here. Just seeing a lot more Divvy bikes on the streets and more times when I can't get a bike or an empty dock.
Divvy didn't finish installing all the current stations until October last year, so I have a feeling that there are a lot of people who deferred purchasing an annual membership until this spring, and now we're seeing the surge in usage.
I've seen a lot more too. Plus the annoying side effect of empty stations in the loop when I leave for the day, and full stations when I arrive. I've called in to ask that they balance the Chase Plaza station better. Its a daily occurrence there.
Just in the last week I've seen a big improvement in how they're doing at keeping the Federal Plaza supplied in the evening. It's still hit or miss for me at Clark/Congress in the morning. Today I walked up just as the last bike was rolling away.
I grabbed the last Divvy Bike at the Wrigley Station last Friday. I was kind of surprised it was that empty. I didn't take that long to get out of the park. Although arriving I had a number of bicycle docks available to me. I don't know if there is more than one station... this one's near the triangle.
