Bike Stolen From Post Near East Bank Club

I think I just saw someone's bike get stolen. This was an hour ago. Two men removed it from a sign post. One man had very long thick brown hair.

It was a blue bike across the street from Easy Bank club. The truck was a white scrap metal truck. Here's a picture of the truck.

Anyone else see anything?

I realize it's usually not idea when trying to get a photo. If you see something like this, here are a few suggestions:

1. What kind of bike? Color? Make? Or a pic?

2. Can you get close enough to get a clear shot of a plate?

3. Can you get a pic of people in the act? 

Like I said, this may not be possible when it happens but if any of this is possible, that information would be super helpful.
