Jules, I would be happy to install the racks if they supply them. I will use a high quality anchoring system from Hilti, it is both mechanical and epoxy...... Send them my contact info

None of those racks provide two-point contact. I thought that came up in a recent discussion as a highly desirable feature for well-designed racks.

Think if the bikes were leaning parallel to the hoops instead of perpendicular. You'd have two points of contact for the bike, and it would be more stable. Here's what I mean (though it's not clear if the bike in this image is actually leaning against the rack):

Here's a more typical perpendicular setup:

The disadvantage of a two-point contact system is that you generally need a bigger rack to park an equal number of bikes than with a one-point system.

I would honestly look at having like three of these: http://www.belson.com/Square-U-Bike-Racks --- I always seek out this type of rack.
