I tried to brush it off but it was stuck otherwise it would have yanked off my eyelashes. Had to wait to get inside to thaw it off.

Dude, get some goggles! Nice eyecicle though. 

Try using a more ventilated face covering to help with fog & ice. You want that moisture from your breath to be able get away from your face when you exhale.

I'm using a loosely knit thick wool scarf that I tuck it into the bottom of my goggles on the coldest days. Tucking the scarf under the goggles also brings the goggles off my face and adds greater air circulation. Before I started using this scarf, my old balaclava would freeze to my beard and, like you mentioned, I had to wait for the ice to thaw before i could take off my balaclava or it would pull out my beard hair when i took it off!

Impressive, and scary as to how unsafe it is for seeing traffic. At least you have a helmet on.
