The Chainlink

We hope you can join us! We've moved the date (Sunday, August 29) to avoid conflicting with the North Shore Century. We're moving the start/finish to the West Loop (Morgan and Taylor).

Because of all that, we've got three cool new routes for all types of riders:
  • 15-mile Neighborhood Ramble - great for families and casual riders
  • 32-mile Boulevard Tour - our famous tour with a few twists
  • 62-mile Ultimate Neighborhood Tour - designed by our friends the Chicago Cycling Club
The post-ride festival rocks with music and Goose Island beer...you can't go wrong.

Chainlinkers can save $5 registering online with coupon code: CHAINLINK5

Plus, sign up by this Sunday and save an additional $3.

Hell yes. Hoping to ride both to and from the event, making the 62-mile ride into a full century of 100 miles.
Looking forward to the 62 mile tour!
Dang, I really wanted to do the 62-mile route but I work that weekend. There is always next year ;)
I'm volunteering with CCC!
I've just signed up for BLT and NSC. I'm glad the schedule is fixed so I can ride both.
I'm volunteering on the 62 route. See you out there!
Hmmm...I wonder how tough it would be to do the Perimeter ride and then do the Metric century in the same weekend?
Hey Chainlink friends, just a reminder that BLT prices go up on Monday so sign up now!

Chainlinkers can still save $5 registering online with coupon code: CHAINLINK5

Thanks,
Ethan, with Active Trans

PS: jamimaria, we say "go for it!"
Probably not that hard. You just can't party all night after the Perimeter ride. :)

Lee Diamond and the Chicago Neighborhood Tours will be at the festival. So will the Chainlink gang and the Chicago Cycling Club!

Plus, Goose Island Beer (or soda)...mmmmmmm.

Thanks,
Ethan, with Active Trans
Will be doing my first BLT, attempting the 32 mile tour, perhaps the 62 mile next year! Newbie and solo, hoping to meet some Pilsen riders at the event! -Bart
Sweet, Bart...hope you have a great ride and meet some Pilsen folks. Please let us know how it goes!

Thanks,
Ethan, with Active Trans
